Updating your Furness Savings App

We’ve recently updated our Furness Savings app to improve performance and prepare for new features coming later this year.

To continue using the app, you’ll need to install the latest version.

This is quick and easy to do, and you’ll only need to do it once.

Important to know

  • You must update the app to continue logging in
  • This update won’t happen automatically, even if you have auto-updates turned on
    • The smoothest routes to upgrade are detailed in the "Updating my iPhone app" and "Updating my Android app" sections below.  Please follow the steps exactly.
  • Future updates will return to updating automatically
  • You may notice a new look and feel when you log in

Updating my iPhone app

Step 1:  Open the Appstore and search for "Furness..."
Step 2: Click the Furness Logo (NOT THE BLUE "OPEN" BUTTON) to load the app details page
Step 3: Click "Update"

Do I have to update the app?

Yes — this update is required to continue using the app. It helps keep your account secure and ensures you can use all features smoothly and without interruption
