Additional borrowing
on your mortgage

Kick-start your next home project with our additional borrowing options.

Additional borrowing made simple

Dreaming of a new bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, loft conversion or kitchen extension? Or perhaps you have environmental aspirations and are considering solar panels, heat pumps or a new energy-efficient boiler.

You could be eligible to borrow more against your home through your existing Furness mortgage. A new games room, garage gym or triple glazing could be closer than you think.

If you don't have a mortgage with us you may find our information on moving home or remortgaging useful.

How much more can I borrow?

You can start borrowing from £5,000 through a limited selection of products. However, if you’re looking to borrow £30,000 or more, you could be eligible for any mortgage product in our range. Whether that be to clear a debt, for home improvements or a new car, our team is on hand to guide you through your options. Simply call us on 0800 781 4311 or make an appointment at your nearest branch.
