Your maturing savings account options

Whether you’d like to move your maturing savings into a new Bond or ISA, withdraw funds or close your account, we’re here to help. 

If your fixed term savings account is maturing, you'll have received a maturity pack from us detailing your options. This pack is sent out at least 14 days before your maturity date but don't worry if you haven’t received yours, you can request a new pack by calling us on 0800 781 4311.

In the maturity pack, you'll find your account number as well as a unique access code. You can use this to log in below to view your maturity options and roll over your savings online, simply and swiftly. Alternatively, you can also provide us with instructions over the phone or in branch.

If you want to make a withdrawal or transfer part of your savings you’ll need to complete the paper mandate you received with your letter and return it to us through the post, but if you simply want to roll over your full balance online click below to continue.

If you've received your pack and you're ready to go ahead, you can switch your account online.
