This mortgage is only available for Green Further Advances.

The minimum loan amount is £5,000 and the maximum loan amount is £40,000.

The maximum term available is 40 years.

Representative Example

A mortgage of £200,000 payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate for 2 years at 2.99% and then on our Mortgage Variable Rate (MVR) of 8.09% for the remaining 23 years would require 24 monthly payments of £947.50 and then 276 monthly payments of £1,510.10.

The total amount payable would be £439,647.63 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£439,527.63), a CHAPS fee of £25.00 and a Mortgage Discharge Fee of £120.00.
