Emma Saint
National Account Manager
Emma started her financial services career at age18 and has developed an extensive skill set that enables her to provide solutions for even the most complex cases. By harnessing our individual approach to underwriting, she provides support and expert guidance to key accounts across the breadth of the country and broker relationships in and around where she lives in Nottingham.
In her free time, Emma can be seen hitting the slopes on a family ski trip or spending quality time at home with her husband, two sons and Winnie and Freddie (the crazy cockapoos!).

Helen Thistlethwaite
The North & Scotland
Helen started her career in banking at just 16 and has since built extensive industry experience, including running her own mortgage company and over a decade as a whole-of-market broker. This background gives her a unique understanding of the challenges brokers face and the expertise to guide them through even the most complex cases.
When not supporting brokers across the North and Scotland, Helen enjoys traveling to new destinations, wild camping, and is currently challenging herself to complete all the Wainwrights.

Phil Lawford
Midlands & South
Phil has built a long-standing career in financial services, developing extensive experience in business development that enables him to provide tailored mortgage solutions for brokers. After spending time with Saffron Building Society and Tipton & Coseley Building Society, he now returns to Furness to support brokers across the Midlands and South with our personal and flexible approach.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys running, watching live music and visiting the cinema to unwind.

Liz Morphet
Team Manager (Telephone BDM’s)
Liz started her career at the Furness in 2007 and has held key roles in most areas of the business, moving into Intermediaries in 2016 helping build our broker proposition.
Liz looks after the telephone BDM’s and the admin support team to ensure an excellent service is provided.
Outside of the office Liz enjoys good food and wine, which she tries to burn off in the gym!

Jaydn Niven
Telephone BDM
Jaydn has a young son and 3 pets which keep him busy! He would love to have a smallholding to raise lots of different kinds of animals.
He spends his downtime listening to new music or watching Barrow AFC at the local Holker street ground.

Pooja Farish
Trainee Telephone BDM
Pooja joined us in 2021 as part of the broker admin hub, after graduating with a degree in computing from UCLan. She’s now part of our close-knit BDM team, providing high-level support for our brokers. Currently, she’s strengthening her skillset by working towards her CeMAP qualification.
In a previous life, Pooja’s superb card skills saw her represent Ireland and Northern Ireland for Bridge in Germany and Rhodes! When she's not providing our brokers with top-notch service, she’s enjoying time outside with her husband and border collie, Mylo.

Adam Griffiths
Telephone BDM
Since Adam joined in 2022 he has earned his CeMAP qualification and enjoys providing support to brokers with their new business enquiries.
Outside of work Adam is in the process of renovating his house and to relax enjoys watching any football that’s on and drinking a good IPA.

Tracy Trelore
Telephone BDM
Tracy has been involved in the financial sector for over 20 years and has substantial experience in commercial lending and customer service.
She is a proud mum and nana and enjoys spending time with her family and Chester, her cross breed dog. She has a passion for travel and adventure and loves to visit theme parks, a recent holiday was spent visiting 11 theme parks in Europe.
