Our large mortgage loans are for residential homes only, up to the value of £2M at 70% loan-to-value (LTV) and £1.5M at 80% LTV.

  • Interest-only considered on up to 70% LTV
  • We’ll lend to clients aged up to 80
  • Overpayments on up to 10% of the outstanding balance
  • Simple registration and online application system
  • Maximum procuration fee increased to £8,000 to accommodate large loans
  • Maximum loan-to-income (LTI) of 4.5
