* Remortgage deals have free valuation to £1,000,000 (£665) Free legals are only available in England & Wales where a standard remortgage is taking place. Scottish cases we will contribute £150 towards legal fees.

** Please note that ERCs on products are Tiered. For example a 5 year product will have a 5% ERC in its first year, 4% ERC in its second year, 3% ERC in the third year, 2% in its fourth year and a 1% ERC in its fifth year.

*** Residential Loan Parameters

**** An early repayment charge will apply if you repay all or part of your mortgage within the first 2 years. This charge will be applied on a sliding scale of 3% in the first year and 2% in the second year. However a maximum of 10% overpayment is allowed in each 12 month anniversary period within the first 2 years.

***** An early repayment charge will apply if you repay all or part of your mortgage within the first 5 years. This charge will be applied on a sliding scale of 5% in the first year, 5% in the second year, 4% in the third year, 3% in the fourth year and 2% in the fifth year. However a maximum of 10% overpayment is allowed in each 12 month anniversary period within the first 5 years.

Minimum loan £30,000

Maximum loan £1,000,000 (higher by negotiation)

Maximum residential loan limits are subject to the following LTV brackets

  • Max LTV of 95% loans up to £500k
  • Max LTV of 90% loans up to £750k
  • Max LTV of 80% loans up to £800k
  • Max LTV of 70% loans up to £900k
  • Max LTV of 65% loans up to £1m
