Furness reduces the rate on its fee free, 2 year discount at 80% LTV
Following recent reductions across the product range, Furness has also reduced its 2 year fee free discount at 80% LTV, now priced at 1.79%. The discount is likely to rank highly against other 80% LTV discounts and with no product fee to pay it offers a great choice for brokers looking to place a case with a lender who can offer individual underwriting on every case.
Available on a repayment basis, the product has a free legal and valuation package on standard remortgages in England and Wales. For cases in Scotland, a legal fee contribution of £150 will apply.
The 2 year discount is on a repayment only basis, available across England Scotland and Wales
