If you feel that you might have a claim for mis-sold MPPI
if you believe you have been mis-sold a MPPI policy you have a right to claim for compensation. However you do not need to use the services of a claims managment company (CMC) to do so.
You can make your complaint directly to us and not use a CMC. A claim sent directly to us means that you will receive 100% of any compensation awarded. If you use a CMC, you could lose 25% of more in CMC fees so the compensation that you will receive will be lower not higher.
