TEAM LEADER

POULTON LE FYLDE, LANCASHIRE

As the leader of our highly dedicated and successful team within the branch, you will be a motivator and co-ordinator of team members. You will be
an enthusiastic, successful person who will be able to demonstrate excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be responsible for ensuring our first class service is being delivered to our customers in all areas by proactively identifying and meeting customer needs. It would be an advantage to have relevant experience in a sales environment enabling you to deliver the highest standard of customer care.

Most importantly you will have a desire to succeed and lead your team!
