3.04% variable rate for 3 years. This is the current Standard Variable Rate with a 2.40% discount and £999 completion fee. Free valuation and legal package available on remortgages
3.09% variable rate for 3 years. This is the current Standard Variable Rate with a 2.35% discount. Free valuation and legal package available on remortgages.
3.45% variable for 3 years. This is the current Standard Variable Rate with a 1.99% discount and a low deposit of only 10%.
4.49% variable rate for 3 years. This is the current Standard Variable Rate with a 0.95% discount and a low deposit of only 10%.
