- Maintain your monthly mortgage repayments
- Relax in the knowledge that you are covered for the period of your absence from work or for a maximum period of up to 12 months, whichever is the shorter.
To assist further, the Society will even pay the premiums on your policy, after your mortgage offer completion, for the first 3 months for new customers and 3 months for existing customers.
