The Benefits of Furness Home Insure Solutions

• £100 standard policy excess (other than Subsidence, Landslip & Heave where the excess is £1000).

 Buildings Insurance

• Cover for your home, garage, shed, greenhouse or any other building forming part of your property.
• The policy will cover the re-building costs of your home up to a maximum of £500,000.

 Contents Insurance

• Cover for the contents of your home including household goods, carpets, clothing, personal belongings and much more including:
• Personal valuables (within the home) up to £7,000 in total, with a single article limit of £2,500.
• Automatic cover for your Personal Belongings when outside the home, up to 10% of your Contents sum insured, with a single article limit of £1,500.
• Frozen food cover is provided automatically up to the contents sum insured.
• 10% extra cover for a 30 day period prior to and following Christmas, birthdays and weddings.
• Money and credit cards covered up to £500.
• Student’s possessions up to £2,500 with a single article limit of £500.

Optional Extras

• Accidental Damage to both Buildings and Contents can be purchased.
• You can increase the Valuables and Personal Belongings sums insured and specify individual items.
