Introducing The Wildlife Protection Foundation -
Working with Communities and Species all over the world!
In 1993, David S Gill had a desire to raise public awareness of these issues and so he created South Lakes Wild Animal Park. He hoped that by creating a park, where visitors can experience a unique close up encounter with wild and endangered animals, he would be able to raise awareness and generate income, which would facilitate worldwide animal conservation. 15 years later he has done just that and now through 2 charities - The Sumatran Tiger Trust and The Wildlife Protection Foundation they fund conservation projects all over the world.
