Furness Building Society Supports Ulverston International Music Festival
Hayley Watson, Manager of Duke Street and Dalton Branches of Furness Building Society was delighted to present Anthony Hewitt, an internationally acclaimed musician, representing Ulverston International Music Festival with a cheque for £100.00. The Festival brings international acclaimed musicians to Ulverston and the surrounding area essential for local benefit.
The cheque will be used to help with the cost of concert performances which includes a series in early June, in Ulverston, with additional concerts in autumn and winter at the Victory Hall, Broughton-in-Furness. Its outreach activities include performances in local residential homes and St Mary's Hospice, through they offer live music to people with limited access to concerts.
