Philip Shipman, Deputy Chief Executive of Furness Building Society has won a Nintendo Wii at the Building Societies Association Conference in Bournemouth last week. The BSA Annual Conference provides a forum for learning, discussion and debate on a wide variety of subjects affecting building societies.
The prize was awarded by Newcastle Building Society who raffled the games console following the 2 day annual conference at the Bournemouth International Centre. Philip was delighted with his console although remarked that he would need the assistance of his daughter to set it up.
